We attended IDEF 14th International Defense Industry Fair.
Hosted by Turkey between the dates of May 30 – April 3, IDEF’19 was organized in the TÜYAP Convention Center in Istanbul with the participation of 481 Turkish and 580 foreign firms for a total of 1,061; and 71,082 Turkish and 4,928 foreign visitors from 96 countries, for a total of 76,010. Garanti Kompozit has the highest body armor production capacity of both Turkey and Europe, and was among the 481 Turkish firms that displayed their latest products and skills at the fair.
In a stand that attracted great interest, Garanti Kompozit displayed its Pilot Helmet, Impact Resistant Helmet, Bomb Blanket and other latest products, and held meetings with various groups along with personnel from the defense industry and professional visitors from the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs and other institutions/organizations.
